*At the top of the "Must Have" list for Fall is the fabulous fitted jacket. Whether in textured tweed, rich cord, or luxe velvet, the fitted jacket is this season's most versatile item.

*The skirt to own for Fall is the pencil skirt. Worn as a suit with a matching fitted jacket or solo with a sweater, this item will take you from office to evening with ease.

*The colors of Fall 2004 are rich, rich, rich! Bordeauxs, plums, teals, browns, deep greens and blues are at the top of the trend list.

*Whether you prefer cut or cuffed, cropped pants are one of Fall's must-own items. For a ladylike look, wear with a round-toe pump. For a more modern take, wear them over a knee high boot with a belted cardigan to register the masculine/feminine trend.

*Make room in your Ultimate Closet for sweaters! This season is chock full of colorful, chunky, and vividly patterned ways to keep warm! *Put your best foot forward with Fall's luxe footwear! Fur lining is especially popular (and comfortable, too)! Lizard, croc, and other exotics have emerged in new shapes, particularly the rounded toe pump. And don't forget the shine - metallics made a particularly strong showing this season.

*Bold is better! From patterns to prints, the Fall 2004 is all about making a statement with rich colors, embellished accents, and luxe fabric.

*From jackets to jeans, sweaters to shoes, Fall 2004 is all about embellishment! Paillettes, rhinestones, feathers, sequins, fringe, bows, flounces and more are adding a glamorous touch to the must-own items of the season. The key to this lavish trend: less is more! *Animal instincts are in high gear for Fall! Leopard, zebra, and other wild patterns are especially popular in accessories and are a great way to accentuate any of your "Ultimate Closet" outfits!

*Super-sized handbags will be seen on the arm of Fall's fashionable ladies. Favored for their fashionability as well as functionality, this seasons extra-large shapes range from totes to shoulder bags to updated bowling bag styles.

*Clutches made a comeback for Fall, appearing in a number of new shapes and sizes. Our personal favorites are made out of metallic mesh and animal prints, just the thing to add sparkle to any outfit!
