Hong Kong sweetheart Miriam Yeung co-stars with popular star Ekin Cheng in the kung-fu comedy Anna In Kungfu-land! Ken (Ekin Cheng) is a marketing executive who cooks up an idea for an anything-goes Hong Kong martial arts tourney to push a brand new athletic drink. But the Shaolin Temple refuses to cooperate due to a thirty-year old feud with rogue member Shek (Yasuaki Kurata). Ken travels to Japan to get Shek to join the competition and mend his differences with the Shaolin Temple, but Shek is old and his eyesight failing. Luckily, he has a daughter, Anna (Miriam Yeung), whose kung-fu skills are only surpassed by her charming girlish ways. Anna is immediately smitten with Ken, and eagerly joins the contest to pursue her dream of becoming a Hollywood martial arts star. But Ken has a girlfriend, her opponents are tough, and the realities of becoming a Hollywood superstar are even tougher. Can Anna triumph over her martial arts rivals, and beat out Ken's girlfriend Zoe (Denise Ho) to find love and achieve her dreams?
